What does Airbnb styling in Lisbon cost?
The Ready-to-Rent plan is €290 online and €890 in person, plus whatever you choose to buy. You get a fixed price after the free call, before anything starts.
What do I actually get?
A walk-through, a styling plan with budget tiers, a shop list you can order from yourself, and a photo-day checklist. In person, I can also style the flat the day before the photographer comes.
Do you do Airbnb staging outside Portugal?
Yes. The plan is made on video, so a short-term rental anywhere can be styled from it. In person, Portugal and Norway are the usual, and further afield can be arranged — with travel agreed first.
Do you cover short term rental styling in the Algarve?
Yes. In-person days in the Algarve need no travel added. Lisbon, Cascais, Oeiras and Sintra are a normal day trip.
Do I have to buy new furniture?
Usually not much. Most of what changes a listing is layout, textiles, light and removing things — the shop list starts at the cheapest tier for that reason.
How long before the photographer should we do this?
A week is comfortable: enough time for the shop list to arrive and for the flat to be cleaned before the shoot.
